Job Title- Social Media Content Creator

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team in the Architecture sector. This individual will be responsible for developing engaging content across various platforms, including social media posts, reels, and blogs. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for architecture, and the ability to translate complex architectural concepts into visually appealing and accessible content.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation and Creative Design
• Creating Content for SEO,
• Creating Content for Social Media
• Transform blog content into engaging carousel posts for Social Media Platforms
• Creative designs for SEO
• Creative designs for Social media
• Collaboration and Scheduling
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with our brand and marketing goals.
• Plan and schedule content to ensure a consistent and timely delivery across all platforms.
• Coordination, Engagement and Analytics
• Coordinate with the AD agencies to gain insights on the AD performance.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of content across different platforms using analytics tools.
• Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Adjust content strategies based on performance metrics and feedback to improve engagement and reach.

Requirement:

• Skills and Abilities :
• Strong visual storytelling skills and an eye for design.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software
• Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their best practices, particularly Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Personal Attributes :
• Creative thinker with a passion for architecture and design.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, architects, and other team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters in Marketing, communications or related field
• Proven experience as a Content Creator, preferably in the architecture or design sectors.

• Adobe Creative Suite (or specific programs like Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Video Editing Software (e.g. Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro)
