The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a keen understanding of Instagram trends and features, and the ability to create visually stunning and engaging content. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute creative strategies to grow and engage audiences on Instagram for Pryzm Media and our clients. 2. Create high-quality, visually appealing content, including photos, videos, stories, and reels, optimized for Instagram\'s platform and algorithms. 3. Stay up-to-date with the latest Instagram trends, features, and best practices to ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and effective. 4. Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, photographers, and content writers, to conceptualize and produce compelling social media assets. 5. Plan and schedule content calendars, including captions, hashtags, and posting times, to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion. 6. Monitor and analyze performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and follower growth, to track progress and optimize strategies accordingly. 7. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community and dialogue around our brands and clients. 8. Explore and leverage emerging social media platforms and trends to expand our online presence and reach new audiences. Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a Social Media Creator or Manager, with a strong focus on Instagram. 2. Demonstrated proficiency in creating and curating engaging content for Instagram, including photos, videos, stories, and reels. 3. In-depth knowledge of Instagram\'s platform, features, and best practices for content creation, optimization, and growth. 4. Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication. 5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 6. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments. 7. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 8. Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience working in an agency or digital marketing environment. 2. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva. 3.
