Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong flair for content writing (70% focus) and a hands-on approach to managing social media accounts, including Instagram and LinkedIn (30% focus)
Key Responsibilities

Content Writing (70%)

• Develop, write, and edit high-quality, engaging, and original content for social media, blogs, articles, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• Research industry-related topics to create compelling and relevant posts tailored to our audience.
• Create content calendars and plan campaigns in advance to ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop visual assets that complement written content.

Social Media Account Management (30%)

• Manage and monitor day-to-day activities on Instagram and LinkedIn, including posting, scheduling, and engaging with followers.
• Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools and create reports to measure ROI and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and incorporate them into the company's strategy.
• Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to maintain a positive brand presence.
• Brainstorm innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Eligibility Criteria:

• The candidate must have pursued/ be pursuing BBA/MBA/PGDM/BCOM or any other relevant qualification.
• Innovative in discovering new social media trends and content writing styles.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Capacity to work individually and collaboratively.
• Possess qualities like multi-tasking, time-management and solid organizational skills.
• Worked on Tools like Canva & Chat GPT

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ?20,000.00 per month
