- Manage Social Media Postings: Schedule and publish posts across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Story Posting: Create and share daily stories that engage and inform our audience on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
- Content Collection: Gather and curate content including photos, videos, and testimonials from patients and staff.
- Content Creation: Design graphics, write captions, and develop multimedia content that aligns with our brand voice and goals.
- Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Analytics: Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends and incorporate relevant ideas into our strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive and strategic content planning and execution.
- Administrative Support: Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
