Key Responsibilities :
Customer Engagement : Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism. Understand their needs, preferences, and buying motivations to provide personalized recommendations.
Customer Relationship Management : Build lasting relationships with customers by providing post-sale support, handling inquiries, and addressing concerns promptly and courteously.
Visual Merchandising : Contribute to maintaining an appealing and organized store display that showcases the luxury products in an attractive manner.
Brand Representation : Uphold and embody the brand's values, image, and reputation in all interactions with customers and peers.
