Position: Social Media & Marketing Executive Location: Bangalore, India The Social Media & Marketing Executive will play a key role in developing and executing social media and marketing strategies for our restaurant chain. Based in Bangalore, the executive will work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and drive footfall to our various outlets across India. Responsibilities include: 1. Social Media Management: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. - Quick responsiveness to DMs, reposting of stories, passing on feedback via DM - Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer feedback. - Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner. - Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize performance. 2. Content Creation: - Generate creative and compelling content for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials. - Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce visually appealing content. - Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience. 3. Marketing Campaigns / Influencer Co-ordination - Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote new menu items, special events, and promotions. - Aligning trending and quality influencers for visiting the restaurants from time to time. - Coordinate with internal teams and external partners/vendors to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. - Track campaign performance and provide insights for future improvements. 4. Customer Relationship Management: - Build and maintain relationships with customers through social media interactions and email marketing. - Gather customer feedback and insights to inform marketing strategies and improve customer experience. 5. Market Research: - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in social media and digital marketing. - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation. 6. Reporting: - Prepare regular reports on social media and marketing performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement. - Present findings to management and stakeholders. Requirements: - Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably in the food and beverage industry. - Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages a plus). - Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in social media analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite. - Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software is a plus. - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.
