The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating and optimizing performance-driven campaigns that generate measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
:
Plan, create, and execute paid media campaigns on
Meta Ads
(Facebook, Instagram, Messenger) and
Google Ads
(Search, Display, YouTube).
Manage campaigns aimed at lead generation, sales conversion, and brand visibility for Stokastra's courses and services.
Performance Optimization
:
Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve key metrics such as
CPL, CPA, ROAS
, and
conversion rates
.
Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve campaign efficiency.
Analytics & Reporting
:
Track and analyze campaign performance using
Google Analytics
,
Google Ads
,
Meta Ads Manager
, and other analytics tools.
Provide detailed reports on ad performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
Budget Management
:
Manage campaign budgets across Meta and Google Ads platforms, ensuring optimal spend allocation to high-performing ads.
Adjust budget distribution based on performance metrics to maximize ROI.
Strategic Development
:
Develop and refine audience targeting strategies, including lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and remarketing efforts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with overall business and marketing goals.
Continuous Learning & Trend Monitoring
:
Stay updated on new features, tools, and best practices in
Meta Ads
and
Google Ads
.
Implement industry trends and innovative ad formats to improve campaign performance.
Qualifications
Experience
:
At least 1-2 years of experience managing
Meta Ads
(Facebook, Instagram) and
Google Ads
(Search, Display, YouTube).
Demonstrated success in driving high-quality leads and conversions through paid media campaigns.
Skills
:
In-depth knowledge of
Meta Ads Manager
and
Google Ads Manager
.
Proficiency in
Google Analytics
and other performance tracking tools.
Strong understanding of key metrics like
CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS

CTR
.
Creative & Analytical
:
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for campaign optimization.
Strong copywriting skills for crafting compelling ad copy and headlines.
Education

A degree in

Certifications
