• Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of social media platforms, identifying trends and making actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Respond to social media inquiries, comments, and messages with a focus on brand voice and tone.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop and implement branding strategies.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels, including digital, print, and internal communications.
• Create compelling, on-brand content for both internal use (e.g., newsletters, employee engagement materials) and external use (e.g., marketing materials).
• Develop and execute internal campaigns to foster a strong, unified corporate culture.
• Ensure that all materials produced align with the company's vision, mission, and core values.

Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience in social media management and branding.
• Strong passion for social causes, activism, and creating meaningful change through digital channels.
• Experience in creating engaging content for diverse social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
