Job Description

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.) that aligns with our brand voice and messaging

- Manage and schedule content using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)

- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media in a timely and professional manner

- Analyze social media metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, conversions, etc.) to optimize content and advertising strategies

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, development, etc.) to ensure social media alignment with overall marketing goals

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency or a similar environment

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies that drive engagement and conversions

- Excellent content creation, writing, and editing skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics software, and content creation tools

Nice to Have:

- Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

- Knowledge of SEO principles and how to optimize social media content for search engines

- Certification in social media marketing or a related field
