SummaryAs the Human Resources (HR) Professional, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), and Employee Engagement (EE) portfolios.Your role in our missionYou will be responsible for operationalizing initiatives, assisting in the planning and execution of programs, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of related tasks.Essential Job FunctionsCSR:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of CSR initiatives, events, and programs.
  • Support internal and external communications related to CSR activities.
  • Track and report on CSR program performance, including metrics and KPIs.
  • Assist in managing partnerships with nonprofit organizations and community stakeholders.
  • Assist in the designing, planning, and execution of volunteer opportunities for employees.
DEI:
  • Support the implementation of DEI programs and initiatives to foster a more inclusive workplace.
  • Assist with organizing DEI workshops, training sessions, and cultural awareness events.
  • Gather and analyze data on employee diversity and inclusion efforts, helping the team identify trends and areas of improvement.
  • Help manage employee resource groups (ERGs) and committees providing operational support for events and initiatives.
EE:
  • Assist in the development and delivery of programs aimed at enhancing employee morale, recognition, and well-being.
  • Provide operational support for employee engagement events, wellness initiatives, and internal communications.
Overall Operational Support & Project Management:
  • Collaborate with team members across various departments to manage the logistics of CSR, DEI, and employee experience initiatives.
  • Track project timelines, deadlines, and budgets to ensure timely and successful implementation.
  • Maintain detailed records of program activities, including documentation, reports, and stakeholder communication.
  • Contribute to the development of internal materials, including presentations, reports, and surveys.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Human Resources/ Social Sciences, or a related field required
  • 2 to 3 years of experience working in CSR / DEI/ HR, with a passion for creating positive organizational change and enhancing employee engagement.

  • Organization skills to balance and prioritize work
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Communication skills
  • Passionate about creating inclusive work environments and supporting social impact initiatives.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
