Conduct business analysis and research to identify opportunities for growth and sustainability.
2. Develop creative and compelling written content to raise awareness and engage with our audience and find donors
3. Utilize HRIS to streamline and optimize our human resource processes.
4. Implement digital advertising strategies to increase visibility and support fundraising efforts.
5. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm innovative ideas and initiatives.
6. Assist in organizing events and campaigns to support the organization\'s mission.
7.
