Required Skills and Experience Work closely with social analytics professionals in developing new listening frameworks around audience, competition, conversations and expansion opportunities Co-ordinate with account teams and Field Marketers to gather requirement, prepare project plans and deliver insights Analyse data from social and non-social data sources to provide insights around accounts Present deliverables with commentary, verbatim and visualization of data, while storytelling the findings, conclusions and PoV Contribute to market/competitive landscapes that can guide Field Marketers in creating go-to-market strategy Ensure quality, accuracy and attention to detail: data gathering, data processing and reporting Determine KPIs and reporting models As the SME, enable the ABM Field Marketers on audience personas, usage of social tools and other scalable areas Support the adding of research and intelligence on named stakeholders within the cluster accounts Measure performance of events/campaigns/assets Enable Field Marketers to create/complete network maps to guide account teams expand relationship in client organization, demand-based Work with Account teams to identify online influencers on key issues, provide analysis of social landscape, conversation volume, engagement, message velocity, audience demographics and related dimension.
