Job Description

Monitor security systems, CCTV cameras, access control systems, and other technologies to detect and respond to security incidents in real-time. Promptly assess and escalate security threats, emergencies, and incidents to the appropriate personnel and teams. Follow established protocols and procedures to manage security incidents, coordinating with on-site personnel, law enforcement, and third-party vendors as needed. Document all incidents, actions taken, and outcomes in a detailed and accurate manner. Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, management, and external partners to provide updates on ongoing incidents and ensure smooth transitions between shifts. Assist in conducting regular security checks of facilities and equipment, identifying and reporting any anomalies or vulnerabilities and participate in all security audits. Participate in training programs to maintain and enhance knowledge of security procedures, emergency response protocols, and technology updates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review security processes and recommend improvements based on observed trends and incident analyses. Support the Shift Lead and other team members in various tasks related to security operations. Stay informed about global security trends, emerging threats, and best practices in security management. Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations, surveillance, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused during extended monitoring periods. Proficiency in using security technology, including CCTV, access control systems, and incident management software. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and concise reporting. Good knowledge of MS office, Power BI, Lenel etc. will be an advantage. Quick decision-making abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, following established protocols and guidelines. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
