We are looking for Sr. Analyst, Global Mobility Operations to be a part of a dynamic team who is able to maintain strong functional ties with wider Global Mobility team and other functional teams to deliver desired levels of performance and meet the required service levels to global stakeholders.
The incumbent in this role is required to provide administrative support throughout the lifecycle of International Assignment to mobilize talent through a smooth and transparent service that is compliant with all legislative requirements globally.
What the role entails
Reporting line: Team Lead - GMO, Global Mobility
Scope: Your scope will include (but not limited to) below:
• Remotely support the International Assignment case managers by providing administrative support throughout the lifecycle of an international assignment from start to end of an assignment.
• With the help of available assignment management technology, prepare and review Cost Estimates, Balance Sheets and Assignment/ Transfer documentation within defined SLA.
• Preparation and review of International Assignment payroll instructions and submission to Global Payroll Teams.
• Manage work allocation for the team with minimal supervision using available work management tools.
• Maintain payroll and initiation databases for completeness with team's assistance.
• Lead and manage projects in the mobility operations space.
• Participate and support Annual cycle activities including Annual Remuneration Review, FX rate updates and tax updates.
• Maintenance of employee data in Assignment Management Technology tool to ensure Data accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and provide resolution to queries timely using relevant information, work procedures and consultation.
• Identify opportunities for improvement to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the end-to-end Global Mobility processes.
• Ensure systems and processes are in place to ensure compliance with Global Mobility Framework, data privacy requirements and legislative requirements for countries within the regions.
About Yourself
We are looking for passionate candidates having:
• College/University Education (Essential): Equivalent to bachelor's degree in HR, Administration or Business.
• Technical qualifications in HR and/or Administration desirable
• Prior experience in global mobility domain and good understanding of global mobility and how it contributes to the broader HR agenda.
• Demonstrated ability to manage own workload effectively, including ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
• Ability to interpret, manipulate, and analyse data with attention to detail.
• Advanced experience using Microsoft Office suite is essential.
• Exposure to International Assignee payroll is desirable.
