Technical Skills: Must have(Primary): Snowflake Admin Good to have: Teradata admin Requirements: Candidate must be experienced working administration activities for Snowflake Job Duties: Provide technical leadership and operational support our Snowflake and Teradata environments Responsible for operations support for snowflake: Warehouse, User, Database, Schema, roles management Provide expert support to optimize the snowflake workloads Identify anomalies and report to management: Incorrect grants, violations of environment barriers, incorrect warehouse s Work with end users to resolve issues Complete user request and ServiceNow tasks on the timely manner Participate in on-call rotation and support off hour support Prioritizes work and manages projects within established budget objectives and customer priorities. Other duties as assigned Technical Knowledge: 6-8 years of work experience in Snowflake Admin Snowflake Certified In-depth technical knowledge of snowflake architecture and operation Strong relational database and SQL Skills Solid understanding of snowflake features: Cloning, Share, secure Views, caches, Warehouse s and scaling Has thorough working knowledge of all tools and techniques required for area(s) of responsibility and a thorough understanding of the business that the assigned projects are supporting. Soft Skills: 4-year degree in a related field (or equivalent experience) Experience working within a highly-matrixed organization Strong communication and presentation skills
