Job Title: SNOW Developer - CMDB and ITOMLocation: Bangalore, Delhi, ChennaiJob Type: ContractExperience: 5+ years:We are looking for a proficient SNOW Developer specializing in CMDB and ITOM to join our team on a contract basis, with positions available in Bangalore, Delhi, and Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions and support.Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM modules to meet client business requirements.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into functional specifications for CMDB and ITOM processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and other ServiceNow team members to deliver effective solutions.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions and workshops with clients.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Provide end-user training and support during and after implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM modules.
• Participate in project planning and management activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM trends, updates, and best practices.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM modules.
• Strong understanding of ITOM processes including Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration, and Service Mapping.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• ServiceNow certifications in CMDB and ITOM are a plus.
