Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
• In-process Inspection and touch up of surface mount components.
• Should be capable to analyze the marked issues are acceptable or need to do rework.
• Ability to do rework with soldering station and hot air gun.
• Set appropriate temperature settings for soldering station and Rework station according to process
• Placement and removal of BGA using BGA Machine
• Need to do re-balling for BGA manually
Requirements:
• 1+years in Rework of all SMT, BGA, LGA components
• Process knowledge on operating BGA Rework station (advantage)
• Experience in Re-balling BGA, BGA component placement & removal and Rework station
• Knowledge on rework of all electronic components (SMT, BGA, LGA, SMD etc.)
Note:
• All interviews will be conducted Face to Face (practical).
• We are located in Electronic City, Bangalore.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per year
