We are seeking a Social Media Specialist (SMO) to join our Digital Marketing Team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to align with business goals and target audiences.
• Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, videos, and infographics) tailored for each platform.
• Plan and manage social media ad campaigns to drive audience engagement, traffic, and conversions.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates to implement best practices.
• Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Research and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Respond promptly to comments, messages, and queries across social media platforms to maintain brand reputation.
• Implement SEO best practices in social media content to improve search visibility.
• Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in social media management in an agency or corporate setting .
• Proven experience in creating engaging content and executing successful social media campaigns .
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer ) and analytics platforms .
• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and their integration with social media strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment .
• Creative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills .

Pay: ?20,000.08 - ?40,000.27 per month
