Job description -

We require Senior Trainers for Mechanical Maintenance domain (Fitter Trade) having sound experience & exposure in Cement Industry.

location - At the factory sites of North India & North-West India where the Cement plant of the client is based out.

1. Education: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with sound exposure in production domain with interest & knowledge in Training/Skill development

2 Exposure : Sound experience in Cement Industry for minimum of 10-12 years will be preferred. Good knowledge in maintenance of cement plant critical equipment like: Stacker and Reclaimer, Ball Mill, VRM, Separator, Roller Grinder, Preheater, Kiln, Clinker Cooler, Coal Firing System is required.

3. Specialization: Mechanical Maintenance especially in Fitter Trade

4. Prepare Content related to machine/equipments of Cement plants & travel in couple of factory units of Rajasthan and provide longer duration batchwise training from operator level to supervisors - Shopfloor & classroom sessions

Contract length: 3-4 months tentatively, may get extended to a longer engagement based on success of the pilot project

Age - Preferably Within 44-45 yrs

Compensation - ?45,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month + Accommodation & local conveyance assistance to be provided

Experience:

• Mechanical maintenance exposure you have in Cement Industry: 10 years (Required)

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
