Primary skills:

• Strong technical background in Body Domain (majorly on Door Control unit, Interior & exterior lighting, Comfort, HVAC etc.).
• Create and manage comprehensive system & software models and requirements.
• Experience in Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) and/or Model Based Software Engineering (MBSW) w.r.t Body domain.
• Experience in system/software architecture design with a focus on Body Features for the next generation of automotive software systems, ensuring that it supports modularity, flexibility and scalability.
• Experience in bringing in maturity and understanding of system maintainability, extensibility & other non-functional requirements.
• Experience in writing system level test specification development and testing.
• Experience in defining process, methodology and guidelines.
• Experience in driving investment project for body features based on customer roadmap.
• Experience in RFI, RFQ, Technical solution definition, Estimation and planning.
• Experience in System Architect/SME role.


Secondary skills:

• Customer engagement experience and team leadership experience.
• Good communication, analytical, problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills with strong influencing and engagement skills.
• Experience in System and software documentation, requirement analysis.
• Working knowledge of SLDC, Agile methodology, requirements, process, change management tools and version control tools - SVN, RTC, GIT, JIRA and DOORS/DNG.
• Experience in Offerings & Case studies creation.
• Experience of safety critical systems and software, including standards such as ISO26262, IEC61508 or similar.
