Roles and Responsibilities:-

Minimum 5-7 years of experience with proven track record of working in the Finance function of organizations for service delivery organization (preferably a shared service setup) with large scale operational setup.
Hands-on experience in various accounting tools
High proficiency in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets & using advanced formulas)
Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, Cost Accounting, Record rate & Accounting standards is mandatory.
Ability to utilize information from a wide variety of sources.
High motivation and enthusiasm to learn. Experience of working in a startup service center organization will be a

plus. * Experience working for a multinational organization and working with colleagues internationally.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must. Candidate should be able to interact with stakeholders

independently. * US ET Shift working with some stretch during peak days
