Primary skills:

• Strong technical background in Body Domain (majorly on Door Control unit, Interior & exterior lighting, Comfort, HVAC etc.).
• Experience in System and Software Requirements.
• Experience in automotive feature development for modelling of control system related Algorithms using Matlab (Simulink, Stateflow, M-Script, S-Functions) as per MAAB guidelines & ISO26262.
• Experience in Control system, fixed-point and floating-point concepts and code generation in Embedded Coder & TargetLink environment.
• Experience in Test Case writing, MIL, SIL, PIL Testing using tools like Simulink Check, Simulink Coverage, TPT & Reactis.
• Classic and Adaptive AUTOSAR application software migration (Software components integration with RTE) using Systemdesk/Rhapsody/Magicdraw/DaVinci Developer, Matlab & DaVinci Configurator.
• Experience in defining process, methodology, guidelines for model design, testing and integration.
• Experience in driving investment project for model-based development for body features based on customer roadmap.
• Experience in RFI, RFQ, Technical solution definition, Estimation and planning.
• Experience in Architect/SME role.


Secondary skills:

• Customer engagement experience and team leadership experience.
• Good communication, analytical, problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills with strong influencing and engagement skills.
• Experience in software documentation, requirement analysis and test spec. development.
• Working knowledge of SLDC, Agile methodology, requirements, process, change management tools and version control tools - SVN, RTC, GIT, JIRA and DOORS/DNG.
• Experience in Offerings & Case studies creation.
• Working knowledge of writing & generating functional & coverage test vectors, Unit testing.
• Working knowledge of Adaptive C++ code generation and concepts, Model Guidelines, C++ coding guidelines.
• Experience in model testing in virtual platform like dSPACE VEOS, Vector VIRTUAL target and SIL kit.
• Knowledge of Vehicle communication interfaces such as CAN, LIN, Ethernet, SOME I/P.
• Exposure to simulation-based validation, plant model development using tools like CarSim / CarMaker etc.
