Primary skills:

• Strong technical background in Body Domain (majorly on Door Control unit, Interior & exterior lighting, Comfort, HVAC etc.).
• Experience in Requirements, System and Software Validation.
• Experience in dSpace HIL setup (with ControlDesk, AutomationDesk, ModelDesk, Synext), HIL automation, HIL commissioning, Scripting (CAPL/Python/Make/Perl) and HIL system.
• Experience in ECU Functional testing, System testing, Diagnostic testing, ECU Safety and Monitoring Testing and plant model integration.
• Knowledge on Motors, Sensors & actuators.
• Experience in Automated Testing using tools like Canoe, Canalyzer.
• Experience in automotive communication protocols like LIN, CAN, Ethernet.
• Experience in defining process, methodology and guidelines for HIL testing.
• Experience in driving investment project for HIL for body features based on customer roadmap.
• Experience in RFI, RFQ, Technical solution definition, Estimation and planning.
• Experience in Architect/SME role.


Secondary skills:

• Customer engagement experience and team leadership experience.
• Good communication, analytical, problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills with strong influencing and engagement skills.
• Experience in software documentation, requirement analysis and test specification development.
• Working knowledge of SLDC, Agile methodology, requirements, process, change management and version control tools - PVCS, SVN, RTC, GIT, JIRA and DOORS/DNG.
• Experience of virtual testing, component testing, vehicle-based software testing and calibration.
• Experience in Test Case writing, MIL, SIL, PIL Testing using tools like Simulink Check, Simulink Coverage, TPT & Reactis.
• Experience in Offerings & Case studies creation.
• Experience in Canoe-simulation of new communication Mechanisms e.g. SOME/IP, Security, Communication-Objects.
• Classic and Adaptive AUTOSAR application software migration (Software components integration with RTE).
• Exposure to system modelling and simulation using Matlab/Simulink, Dymola or any other system modelling software packages and tools, is an added advantage.
• Exposure to quality and robustness techniques such as FMEA, P-Diagrams, noise factor analysis etc.
• Experience of safety critical systems and software, including standards such as ISO26262, IEC61508 or similar.
