FunctionDigital & Information TechnologiesPay BandE4 to M2RoleSME Google WorkspaceA purpose driven role for youThis is Single point of Contact for Google Workspace Super admin task, Email Security implementation of SPF, DKIM, DMARC records authentication parameters.

• Analysis of Phishing, malware and spam emails.
• SMTP Relay Configuration and troubleshooting, MDM, Default Routing, Compliance, Google vault etc.
• Roles and Privileges, Groups, OUs, User Management and Backup through vault.
• Monitoring & managing emails flow for internal & external domains
• Managing Vault users for data backups & data restoration.
• Restore the user's account and emails as per retention policy.
• Rename users and change passwords, Create and assign administrator roles.
• Manage other super and delegated admins, including changing passwords.
• Transfer ownership of files during the user deletion process.
• Grant domain-wide delegation/manage API client access.
• Set up Google as a SAML identity provider and add/modify SAML apps.
