Hi All,We are having urgent opening for SME-FP&A with one of our MNC client @Gurgaon.Job Title :- SME-FP&AExperience :- 7 to 12 YrsJob Location - GurgaonPRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Accountabilities

  • Manage multiple partners (GL, AP, FP&A, Procurement, etc.) onshore team.
  • Ensure the team\xe2\x80\x99s accurate and timely delivery of services (i.e. GL posting, reconciliation of GL, documentation, consolidation of financial and nonfinancial information, cash applications, recons, accounts payable/ receivable, etc.) in accordance with SLAs.
  • Responsible for the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of financial and management information.
  • Extend support to onshore manager on periodic close for GL to ensure closing deadlines are met and free from any integrity issues. Balance aligned processes as applicable (general accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany reporting, Reconciliations, etc.) as applicable.
  • Ensures timely completion/ adherence to all applicable legal / statutory audit requirements.
  • Ensure the team fully complies with internal company controls and reports on a timely and correct basis to the Internal Control
  • Provide advice and information to staff across the BSC and its customers as and when required.
  • Regularly track and resolve outstanding issues that have been escalated, or further escalate to the necessary parties.
  • Implement best practices for the processes and proactively identify, propose and implement continuous improvement opportunities in existing processes within the team.
  • High level of familiarity with the systems used in order to maintain and reconcile the general ledger system to ensure it balances correctly. Team Management
  • Carry out team management responsibilities in accordance with the organization\xe2\x80\x99s policies and applicable laws.
  • Continuously strive to build a culture of high-performance.
  • Facilitate effective teamwork and builds collaborative relationships internally and externally Service Excellence
  • Ensuring that overall delivery of services to Operating companies meets or exceeds agreed KPIs, and SLAs defined between Operating Companies and BSC and is within a strong internal control framework.
  • Partner with the Service Management team to Develop and track Service Level Agreements (SLA) to ensure service delivery excellence.
Provide input to service reporting.
  • Ensure that Internal Customer and Supplier issues are dealt with in accordance with the escalation process and push back where this is not the case.
  • Build customer relationship, drive confidence & improve customer happiness
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Skills
  • Hands-on experience in NetSuite, Blackline and/ or other accounting ERP\xe2\x80\x99s is must with good knowledge across R2R.
  • Knowledge of IFRS, iGAAP, Companies Act, Cost Accounting, Record rate & Accounting standard is mandatory.
  • Ability to think strategically, taking a balanced short and long-term view when solving problems.
  • Result oriented, with high level of motivation for self-growth, along with the drive for growing team members and overall organization.
  • Ability to utilize information from a wide variety of sources.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Experience of working in airlines, facilities management & security guards\xe2\x80\x99 industry will be added advantage.
Educational Qualification
  • Bachelor/ Masters Degree in Commerce with CA/ ICWA is must.
