Carryout hardening of the DNS server
In-depth knowledge and experience in configuring & troubleshooting domain name resolution in IPv4 and IPv6 environment.
Advanced Level of configurations for high availability like Active-Passive or Active-Active Cluster setup, etc. applicable for Disaster Recovery scenarios with pre-defined RTO & RPO.
Good understanding of Infrastructure Components like Active Directory (AD)/ LDAP/ AAA/ Radius, NTP, Domain Name Service (DNS), Logging Servers, etc.
Basic knowledge of Hypervisor Vmware.
Basic knowledge of Database MySQL.

ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities are highlighted below.Operations Support
Expected to build, deploy, configure, manage & troubleshoot the DNS/ DNS binding in Azure/ Cache server using the skills mentioned along with configuration for high availability.
Carryout hardening of the devices as per the laid guidelines
Primary responsibility would be to recover the DNS services from any outage.
Ensure timely resolution of service request (SLA/ OLA/ TAT)
Required to be knowledgeable in other Infrastructure components (like AD/ LDAP/ AAA/ Radius, NTP, Domain Name Service (DNS), Logging Servers etc
Expected to coordinate for repairs, replacements, patches or upgrades of hardware/ software with third party vendors / OEMs and business partner in order to minimize impact to SLA by following Material Management & Movement processes (if required).
Requirements in addition to the Asset Management record update/ modify requirements.
Expected to prepare RCA/Service improvement plan and ensure quality.
Expected to co-ordinate with Process Owners for Change Management, Incident Management, CRM, Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center (SOC), Core team and other stake-holders for resolution of critical technical issues.
Requirements
Should have technical OEM certifications for Operating System e.g. Linux.
Exposure to technologies DNS tool e.g. secure64 or InfoBlox and GTM traffic manager.

Who Can apply?
