• Act as a subject matter expert in the fintech space, particularly around gift card solutions, providing strategic guidance and insights to clients for maximizing business impact.
• Deep expertise in tailoring solutions and working closely with technical teams to implement customized offerings.

What matters in this role -
Experience & Portfolio -• Master's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of Key Account Management experience, preferably in payment or fintech industry.
• Ability to build and sustain strategic partnerships, both internally and externally, to deliver successful outcomes.
Technical Skills & Efficiency -• Achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong understanding of fintech products and services.
• Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends and make informed decisions.
• Extensive knowledge of the fintech industry, particularly gift card products, payment solutions, and related regulations.
Communication & Ownership -• Strong interpersonal, leadership and managerial skills including the ability to motivate others. Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Ability to work well with others and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to tailor communication style to different audiences, and to exercise good judgment in frequency and nature of communications to different parties (senior management, stakeholders, , etc.)
