Sophos is headquartered in Oxford, U.K. More information is available at www.sophos.com.Role SummaryThe Inside Small Business Account Manager provides global process support for inbound business and supports customers that have 1-100 employees, assisting EMEA SMB Account Managers with quotes, renewals, discretionary discounting, mid-term upgrades, licensing support and other sales related activity.Shift Time - 1:30 - 10:30 PMWhat you will do

  • Ensure quotes and other tasks are processed in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Understand end-to-end processes across the deal flow process including roles and responsibilities of cross-functional support teams to quickly resolve issues.
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with the Sophos sales team progress on assigned tasks.
  • Achieve agreed quarterly sales goals and performance indicators for daily standards for number of tasks handled and closed i.e., calls, emails, and other sales activities.
  • Work within the wider Sales Center of Excellence team to implement scalable programs and process improvements to drive efficiency of internal processes and improve customer experience.
What you will bring
  • 2 years of total and relevant experience in sales operations experience or order processing or customer service (outbound sales)
  • Experience engaging easily and using effective questioning and active listening to gather relevant information
  • Ability to make customers, partners, and their needs a primary focus and delivers an exceptional customer experience
  • Experience in de-escalating issues
  • You are a go-getter, problem solver and quick to learn new systems and align with policies and guidelines
  • Strong written communication
  • Experience using CRM systems
