• Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Identify issues in smart watches, including hardware and software malfunctions.
• Repair and Maintenance: Perform repairs on smart watches, such as replacing screens, batteries, and internal components, and updating software.
• Quality Control: Ensure all repairs meet company standards and are tested thoroughly before returning the watch to the customer.
• Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their issues, provide repair estimates, and explain repair procedures.
• Inventory Management: Manage and order repair parts and tools as needed, ensuring adequate stock for common repairs.
• Documentation: Keep detailed records of all repairs, including parts used, time spent, and customer information.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
