Job Summary: The Patient Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional patient care and satisfaction at "The Smile Designer" Luxury Multi-Speciality Dental Clinic. This role is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with patients, ensuring their needs are met before, during, and after their dental treatments. The Patient Relationship Manager coordinates closely with the clinical team to provide a seamless patient experience and acts as a liaison between patients and the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
• Patient Care and Communication:
• Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, appointments, and concerns.
• Communicate effectively with patients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide information about dental treatments, procedures, and post-care instructions.
• Appointment Scheduling and Coordination:
• Schedule appointments efficiently, taking into consideration patient preferences and clinic schedules.
• Confirm appointments and follow up with patients regarding any changes or reminders.
• Manage the appointment calendar to optimize clinic efficiency and patient flow.
• To call on the enquires generated by the Digital Marketing Team and convert them into successful leads calling the patients to the clinic for treatment.
• Patient Relations and Satisfaction:
• Build strong relationships with patients to foster trust and loyalty.
• Address patient concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution.
• Proactively seek feedback from patients to continuously improve services and patient satisfaction.
• Administrative Support:
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
• Handle billing inquiries, insurance claims, and payment processing as needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Communicate patient needs and preferences to the clinical team for personalized care delivery.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance patient care skills and knowledge.
Qualifications: Proven experience in a customer service or patient care role, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is preferred.
• Proficiency in dental software systems or willingness to learn.
Education and Certifications:
• Gradation i any stream or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare administration, Hospital Management or related field is a plus.
Working Conditions:
• Full-time position with regular business hours from Monday to Saturday.
• Fast-paced environment with frequent patient interactions and administrative responsibilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
