DESCRIPTIONThe primary objective of the Security & Loss Prevention manager is to provide physical security services, plan and execute Loss prevention initiatives and ensure asset protection in designated area of responsibility. SLP Manager would assist in mitigating product loss and maintain customer satisfaction in accordance with Global Security guidelines and policies.
The role is cross-functional and requires effective collaboration with stakeholders from business and corporate functions.
SLP Manager\'s day to day activities involve planning, organizing, coordinating, implementing and executing process and procedures laid down by the organization and respective function. Identify Areas of shrink at the FC, Sort center and Delivery station level including delivery partners. Identify the potential theft area and work closely with the concerned stake holders to mitigate the causes of Theft. Optimum utilization of the resources to ensure and maintain high quality and timely support to Business teams. Conduct risk assessment for the respective sites and work in accordance with the security policies and guidelines.Ability to independently handle emergency/crisis situations and use excellent thought process and decision making skills during such ambiguous and complex situation.

5. Loss Prevention Analysis
\xef\x83\x98 Conduct Investigation by working closely with business team and support functions in SLP related areas.

\xef\x83\x98 Surprise Checks and submission of reports

6. Security Stores and Assets

\xef\x83\x98 Maintenance Schedule of Assets & Security GadgetsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS\xef\x83\x98 University degree level or equivalent through experience and professional certification.
\xef\x83\x98 A minimum of 8-10 years in Security and Loss prevention role, law enforcement or security-related profession.
\xef\x83\x98 Extensive and up to date knowledge of security equipment and technology.
\xef\x83\x98 Experience in managing or coordinating security investigations of complex nature.\xef\x83\x98 Knowledge of information security processes and systems.\xef\x83\x98 Experience in security auditing.\xef\x83\x98 Must be a Graduate or Post graduatePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\xef\x83\x98 Loss Prevention\xef\x83\x98 Investigation/Security related Certifications.\xef\x83\x98 Preferably from Military/Law enforcement or Studies related to criminology or forensics background.\xef\x83\x98 Emergency Response / Crisis Management
