Responsibilities: Assist the Doctor: Collaborate closely with our medical professionals to support various cosmetic & Weight Loss treatments, ensuring a seamless and efficient patient experience. Client Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of the treatments administered to each client, contributing to their personalized care plans. Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize the highest level of customer service, offering a warm welcome to clients and fostering positive relationships. Client Engagement: Update client records with contact information and a history of treatments received, making personalized recommendations for products and services that best suit their needs. Renewals and Upselling: Take an active role in renewing client treatment plans and upselling relevant products and services to enhance the customer experience. Clinic Appearance: Take responsibility for maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic and ensuring the proper maintenance of machines and equipment. Client Issue Resolution: Address client complaints in a professional and timely manner and report any accidents to management as per established procedures. Brand Advocacy: Support the clinic\'s business objectives and promote a great brand experience through your work. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 25,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Benefits:
