Reporting directly into the Virtual Consumer and Channel Lead, you will be a natural communicator with a pride and personal interest in what you do. You will work closely with clients to assess their sleep habits, identify challenges, and develop personalized strategies to enhance their sleep quality.Our industry is forever evolving, so we\xe2\x80\x99re not a fan of \xe2\x80\x9cnot my role\xe2\x80\x9d behavior \xe2\x80\x93 we\xe2\x80\x99re a team, we help each other, and our customers are at the heart of what we do.Let\xe2\x80\x99s talk about the role:
- Interaction with patients who may have symptoms of sleep apnea through phone.
- Consultation with patients who wish to connect to a Sleep Coach to understand their symptoms of sleep apnea
- Recommending solutions to diagnose their condition, if necessary.
- Recommending suitable products for managing Sleep Apnea
- Achieving sales target
- Helping patients who have undergone sleep study understand their reports and suggesting solutions to manage their disorder.
Basic understanding of OSA and treatment
Good verbal and written communication skills
Sales orientation
Experience of Business to Consumer sales is preferred but not mandatory
Good analytical skills
