Opportunity : As a Sr.Manager in SLAY\'s Coffee Bar team, you will own the P&L and lead the Operations for upto 25-30 Coffee Bars spread across one city or multiple cities. You will own all the revenue, costs, customer delight and team delight metrics for the City.
Your Boss :
- You will report into the Head of SLAY Coffee Bar Line of Business (currently vacant). In the interim, you will work closely with one of our Co-Founders.
Your Team :
- You will manage a team of Area Managers, Cafe In Charge(s) and Baristas while working closely with the Projects, Quality, Supply Chain, Marketing and Talent teams.
Key Result Areas :
- Launch new Coffee Bars on time by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Deliver world class customer experience through highly trained and motivated Baristas.
- Drive a culture of excellence and become an employer of choice in the local talent market.
- Develop customer development strategies in collaboration with the Growth team and execute them.
- Develop and own relationships with channel partners, local authorities and industry networks.
- Competitor analysis and benchmarking
- Represent the brand in external forums in the local market
Your role requires knowledge and demonstrable experience of :
- 6-8 years of experience of working in QSR / Cloud Kitchens / F&B / FMCG
- Store expansion, hiring & managing teams at scale
- Planning & communication
- P&L responsibility for a geography / division and demonstrated ability to drive growth
