It is split into three components with the following missions: i.e. APAC Regional FSS, Global FSS and World Wide FSSJob Title:FSS SLA ManagementDate:May 2024Department:FinanceLocation:MumbaiBusiness Line / Function:Transformation OfficeReports to:(Direct)Assistant Vice PresidentGrade:(if applicable)Assistant Manager(Functional)Number of Direct Reports:1Directorship / Registration:NAPosition PurposeFinance SLA manager will be responsible for managing all the SLA\xe2\x80\x99s, Conducting Risk Assessment, Managing GDPR requirements across teams for process and systems, which are coming from global locations and getting offshored to ISPL.Individual must possess strong expertise in the area of Creating SLA / Legal Contracts, Stakeholder management, Communication Management, Internal Reporting & Governance for Finance shared servicesResponsibilitiesDirect Responsibilities Manage and create SLA\xe2\x80\x99s for FSS services in scope for various work streams and regions Work together with onshore stakeholders in conducting Risk assessments for the services / systems in scope Coordinate with ISPL and Global stakeholders to assess the requirements from Legal, Finance, Compliance, Tax, DPO and business perspective Publish weekly / fortnightly dashboards highlighting current progress and challenges for SLA closure Ensure 100% adhere to annual SLA compliance requirements Ensure relevant changes in the SLA scope are highlighted during annual steerco with respective regional CFO\xe2\x80\x99sContributing Responsibilities Role will also require an individual to work with Transition management team on projects, billing and other transition related deliverables i.e. create presentations for senior management, provide support on creating RACI, TOM, project plans etc. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals Preparing weekly/ monthly dashboards and provide update to senior management highlighting current progress, risks, challenges and dependencies to relevant stakeholders Ensure documentation of all tasks, activities using standard templates and maintain repository for future referencesTechnical & Behavioral Competencies Must be efficient in MS Office, Microsoft Project and SharePoint Expertise in creating SLA\xe2\x80\x99s / Legal documents Strong in communication and stakeholder managementSpecific Qualifications (if required) Graduate in any discipline with expertise in creating SLA\xe2\x80\x99s / Legal documentsSkills ReferentialBehavioural Skills: (Please select up to 4 skills)Ability to collaborate / TeamworkClient focusedAttention to detail / rigorCommunication skills - oral & writtenTransversal Skills: (Please select up to 5 skills)Ability to understand, explain and support changeAbility to manage / facilitate a meeting, seminar, committee, training\xe2\x80\xa6Ability to develop and leverage networksAbility to understand, explain and support changeAbility to inspire others & generate people\'s commitmentEducation Level:Bachelor Degree or equivalentExperience LevelAt least 5 yearsOther/Specific Qualifications (if required)
