We are seeking a highly experienced Customer support to join our team, responsible for overseeing critical business support functions and ensuring commercial Operations run smoothly. Customer Support can use remote support to cover activities that are time-consuming, however, it is very important for our customers to properly keep them informed and up to date on what is happening with engines on WIP or future upcoming repairs. Remote support will allow the local team to dedicate more time to travel, visiting existing customers and new prospects. Key Responsibilities o Prepare weekly status reports for every engine in WIP o Prepare teardown and shop findings report for each engine processed o Collect and organize photo albums to support over and above charges. o Prepare over and above draft excel spreadsheet o Administer and update customer portal to ensure latest information is available. o Track invoicing and accounts payable o Maintain and update pricing catalogues. o Provide supporting information for cost-margin analysis. o Deploy customer satisfaction surveys, collect, and organize survey replies for analysis.
