Should have extensive hands-on experience in aesthetic treatments like face therapies, skin polishing, superficial chemical peels, laser hair reduction etc. with a record of excellent customer satisfaction.

Good conceptual knowledge and quick implementation.

Exposure in varied challenging cases.

Rapid grasping of the disease and command in devising precise and efficient treatment for it.

Expertise in handling manual and automated tools and instructing the subordinate teams.

Good work coordination with colleagues and personnel in team performances.

Develop a working knowledge of core industry coverage to improve project and product service quality.

Developing work schedules and business strategies.

Exploring awareness of broader industry trends/ dynamics relevant to expert recruitment and client servicing.

Excellent Command over English with good verbal skills.

Research on the program modules using web help and in-depth probe.

Perform various skincare treatments, such as facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and extractions, in accordance with client needs and preferences.

Analyze clients' skin and provide personalized recommendations for at-home skincare routines and products.

Educate clients on proper skincare techniques and the benefits of regular professional treatments.

Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly sanitized and stocked.

Stay up-to-date on the latest skincare trends, products, and techniques through continuous education and training opportunities.

Roles & responsibility:

Conducting consultations with patients

Developing patient treatment plans

Administering Cosmetic Injections

Administer non-invasive laser, light and ultrasound treatments

Administer medical grade chemical peels

Promote a friendly, warm and exceptional customer experience

Requirements:

PG Diploma in Clinical Cosmetology or BDS

Must have good experience in cosmetology

A valid esthetician or cosmetology license

Proven experience as a Skin Therapist or similar role

n-depth knowledge of skincare products, equipment, and treatments

Strong ability to analyze skin types and provide personalized recommendations

Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and professional workspace

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

AGE CRITERIA- 30+

Pay: ?75,000.00 - ?150,000.00 per month
