Job Summary:
A skilled and compassionate professional, the Skin Therapist provides expert skincare treatments and advice tailored to individual client needs. This role focuses on improving skin health, enhancing appearance, and promoting relaxation through various therapeutic and cosmetic techniques. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and trends, paired with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive skin analysis and consultations to assess clients' needs and concerns.
• Administer a range of professional skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, LED therapy, and other advanced procedures.
• Provide personalized skincare recommendations and educate clients on proper home care routines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Stay updated on the latest skincare technologies, products, and industry trends.
• Promote and recommend skincare products to enhance treatment results and drive retail sales.
• Manage client records, documenting treatment plans, progress, and product usage.
• Collaborate with other health and wellness professionals as needed for integrated care approaches.

Requirements:

• Certification or diploma in esthetics, cosmetology, or a related field (licensure as required by local regulations).
• Proven experience as a skin therapist, esthetician, or similar role.
• Proficient in using skincare devices and techniques.
• Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and dermatological treatments.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to build trust and establish long-term client relationships.
• A professional, polished appearance and demeanor.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with advanced aesthetic treatments (e.g., laser therapy, microneedling, or injectables).
• Familiarity with luxury or medical-grade skincare product lines.
• Membership in a professional skincare or esthetics organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?35,000.00 per month
