L\'Oreal commit to product that are consumer centric, safe and with minimal environmental impact.We are looking for a passionate Researcher who loves formulation to onboard on this thrilling adventure.

• Rework on the existing skin care products to create more sustainable one\'s that deliver superior performance in line with consumer expectations adh\xc3\xa8rent to established timelines

• Identify the right raw material to maintain the existing formula sensory, performance, cost while improving its environmental impact
• Conduct lab tests & stability checks to ensure product safety, quality and efficacy
• Aid in establishing scale-up of the developed products
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure effective product development
• Maintain accurate documentation of formulation development activities
