Resource Development: Develop and update training materials, including guides, presentations, and digital resources, to support teachers in their professional journey. 5. Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with school leadership and teachers to identify training needs and provide ongoing support to address these needs effectively. 6. Evaluation and Reporting: Assess the effectiveness of the training programs through various evaluation methods and provide reports on outcomes and recommendations for future improvements. 7.
