Job Description

7+ years of experience in UX and product design A strong portfolio showcasing foundational understanding of UX and UI design, thought process and how you've contributed to solving specific problems with functional designs Experience working with cross-functional teams - partnering with product and development to oversee the user experience from conception to launch Ability to think long-and short-term to meet the constraints of product and experience needs while iterating toward a future vision Keen ability to grasp complexity quickly and to focus on key issues Clear communication skill and ability to present your work to internal stakeholders at different design stages and support your decisions. Experience with prototyping to explore and convey design solutions Self-guided and motivated to learn new tools and techniques Fluent in English with effective communication and storytelling skills
