Roles and Responsibilities Experience should be in ed tech. Must have excellent knowledge of SketchUp & Photoshop/3DS max etc.
Ability to work as part of a team and individually on projects.
Excellent time management skills.
Conceptual design (layout, style, moodboard)
Technical design (material knowledge, execution and drawing preparation)
Modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning)
Preparation of Layout and Item List (LIL)
Space planning.
Prepare the 2D designs for the allocated projects.
Incorporate customer concepts and requirements into the designs.
Prepare furniture layout.
Finalizing soft furnishing.
Providing electrical drawings based on the finalized layout.
Taking further approvals from the Design Manager before sending to the client.
Combined effort with the 3D visualizer to create 3D views.
Undertake drawings revisions if any.
Maintain individual files of every client & update daily work progress. Send the final drawings to the factory for production. Coordinate with the Projects Team during the execution. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xc2\xa320,000.00-\xc2\xa330,000.00 per month Benefits:
