Job Description

We are seeking a SketchUp Designer + Executive Assistant to join our team in Janakpuri, New Delhi . This unique role combines technical design expertise with administrative support responsibilities. The ideal candidate will excel in creating 3D models and technical drawings while assisting the Director with client coordination, presentations, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Technical Work:

• Develop 3D models of fountains and water features using SketchUp .
• Create and modify technical drawings in AutoCAD .
• Assist in preparing engaging client presentations and renders.

Executive Support:

• Coordinate client meetings , take notes, and manage follow-ups.
• Manage the Director's schedules, correspondence, and project documentation.
• Accompany the Director for site visits and provide on-the-spot design input.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with contractors, engineers, and the design team to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong proficiency in SketchUp for 3D modeling.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is essential.
• Bonus: Experience with rendering tools like Lumion , V-Ray , or Enscape .
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to assist in various tasks.
• Degree/diploma in architecture, design, or engineering is a plus.
