:Roles and Responsibilities :- Build an email list of prospects via online search for a specific region.- Develop opportunities by sending email to new prospects.- Qualify the Leads and pass onto the Business team for sending proposals and closing business.- Achieve and exceed KPI\'s based on emails sent and passed on to the team.- Develop an active pipeline of prospects for the senior sales team.Preferred Skills :- Excellent English communications skills both verbal and written.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Have the desire to build high volumes of daily databases of prospects over a sustained time period, to meet the KPI\'s set by management.- Have working knowledge of Email Marketing and other online lead generation processes.- Must have knowledge of LinkedIn Leads through Sales Navigator & other tools.- Have adequate skill sets required for B2B sales.- Excellent time management, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.- Team player, self-motivated, willing to work for a startup.- Want to work in a target driven sales environment.
