Prizmabrixx, a leading provider of immersive 3D modeling and VR solutions, is seeking a talented and detail-oriented SketchUp Artist with 1 year of experience to join our creative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models and visualizations to support our diverse range of real estate, architecture, and interior design projects. This role requires strong skills in SketchUp, with a passion for bringing conceptual ideas to life in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D models of real estate properties, interior layouts, furniture, landscapes, and architectural elements using SketchUp.
• Collaborate with project teams, including architects, designers, and marketing professionals, to understand project requirements and ensure accurate and realistic 3D renderings.
• Assist in developing immersive 3D environments for VR walkthroughs and simulations.
• Work on textures, lighting, and materials to enhance the quality of 3D models and renderings.
• Translate 2D CAD plans, sketches, and design concepts into 3D models and layouts.
• Maintain project files and adhere to internal workflow processes for efficient project delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects and high-quality output.
• Stay up to date with the latest SketchUp tools, plugins, and 3D modeling trends to continuously improve skills and techniques.
• Provide input and creative solutions to enhance the overall visual quality of project presentations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
