Key Skills:Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and safety standards.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.Effective communication and leadership skills to manage site teams.Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges effectively.Proficiency in maintaining site records and using basic office software. Eligibility Criteria:Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role.Educational background in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Chennai.
