Sign the Checklists & get the work executed as per set quality norms and procedure.
To verify the availability of material and labour on a daily basis.
Identify problem areas of work and report status to the Reporting Manager.
Review & Monitor resources requirements of contractors in conjunction with completion schedule
Effectively allocate labour, equipment, materials and subcontractors to maximize safety and profitability and to minimize costs and deficiencies
Provide full time on-site supervision
Communicate scope of work requirements to foremen, review production, quality and contract compliance and ensure implementation .
Track all extra work and process in accordance with contractual obligation.
Provide data for all reporting requirements to project office
Resolve day to day field personnel issues and provide incident reports to site office
Issue written infraction notices to anyone in contravention of Company policies, procedures or regulations
