• Job Responsibilities :
• Monitoring:
+ Conduct concrete and kicker level surveys.
+ Fix Mivan shutters as per the drawing.
+ Perform de-shuttering, stacking, and shifting properly.
+ Make plans for achieving cycle time.
+ Remove wall ties, PVC cones, etc.
+ Maintain housekeeping on the working floor.
+ Check for damaged materials and repair them.
+ Ensure timely removal of stoppers.
+ Verify that cutouts and sleeve openings are fixed as per the drawing.
+ Check for the plumb and line of prop length.
+ After de-shuttering the sides, ensure that the Mivan bracket, walkway, handrail, and safety net are fixed properly, or note accordingly.
+ Before concreting, check all wall ties, pins, and wedges.
+ Candidate must have experience with high-rise buildings using Mivan shuttering (compulsory) .


Safety: • Implement the safety plan prepared by the safety officer at the site.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are adequate and safe for use.
• Ensure safety guidelines are being followed at work locations, including provisions of the construction safety manual prepared by the safety officer.
• Ensure all workers are wearing the correct safety gear, such as helmets, jackets, gloves, etc., and maintain records of the same.
• Ensure that child labor is not engaged on-site.
• Facilitate safety audits to be conducted by the safety officer.
• Issue work permits to contractors based on the undertaking and application submitted by the contractor.
