Required Experience: 4-5 years

Site Location : Hyderabad - Gachibowli/Khajaguda

Duty Timings : General Shift

Site to manage : Residential Villa

Requirement : A Degree or Diploma equivalent; however, a bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture or related field is preferred.

Proven experience in construction management or a similar role, typically 4-5 years, demonstrating a track record of managing personnel and projects successfully.

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations is essential.

Good communication, interpersonal, and necessary for managing diverse teams and interfacing with clients and stakeholders

Candidates for the Site Supervisor position must also possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

Being technologically savvy, especially with construction management software, proficient in MS Office and relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD).

TWO WHEELER & A SMART PHONE ARE MUST. /Roles & Responsibilities To manage a construction project from start to finish.

Supervise and manage all day-to-day operations on the construction site. Review work progress on a daily basis.

Ensuring that work is carried out according to the project specifications , Designs and quality standards.

Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the project progresses as planned.

Managing the orders and deliveries of building materials and keep them in the safe custody.

Managing and coordinating the efforts of different teams, including construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Attending the site management meetings

Completing site reports, Daily Project Reports and other relevant records.

Proactively handling any other relevant job tasks, as the situation demands.

Resolving onsite conflicts and handle any emergencies that may arise.

Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
