Position: Site Supervisor

Role: To oversee and manage all aspects of site activities within the interior designing domain

Experience : 2 years - 3 years

Education Qualification : Any Graduation

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Management : Oversee all on-site activities and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Quality Control : Ensure work meets high standards through regular inspections.
• Schedule Management : Keep the project on time and within budget by managing schedules and deliveries.
• Communication : Act as a link between the client, design team, and construction crew.
• Problem Solving : Quickly resolve issues to keep the project moving forward.
• Safety Compliance : Enforce safety regulations and conduct safety meetings.
• Resource Management : Manage materials, equipment, and manpower efficiently.
• Documentation : Keep accurate records of work activities and inspections.
• Client Relations : Address client concerns and provide project updates.
• Team Leadership : Motivate and guide the construction team.

Requirements and Skills:

• Minimum of a degree qualification in any field.
• Knowledge of AUTOCAD.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience in client management and team collaboration.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
